Oklahoma Film Studio Features
Our Oklahoma film studio facility is comprised of a 5,000+ sq. ft. building which features a 1,200 sq. ft. stage area with a 90 degree cyclorama wall constructed using the “Pro Cyc” system. It also includes approximately 2,500 sq. ft. of Tulsa Video production support / office areas, and about 1,600 sq. ft. of indoor grip and lighting rental equipment storage, along with a 7,000+ sq. ft. gated lot with Oklahoma grip trucks and lighting trucks with additional production rental equipment, all under 24/7 video surveillance.
We are located on the west side of North Sheridan Road, two blocks north of Apache Street, and just minutes away from the Tulsa Int’l. Airport, FedEx and Southwest Air Cargo
Studio Rates (prices do not include tax, if applicable)
Hourly - $100 hr. w/2hr. min.
Half Day - $400 for 5 hrs. ($80 hr.)
Full Day - $700 for 10 hrs. ($70 hr.)
There is a $100 booking fee which applies to all studio rental bookings, which is non-refundable if cancelled within 48 hours of the booking. Clients must fill out a Credit Card Authorization Form in order to confirm a booking. Booking fee is applied towards studio rental.
Hours of Availability are between 8:00am to 6:00pm for studio shoots. Hours outside of those parameters will incur an after-hours fee.
Crew/referrals are available if needed. Rates vary according to skill level/job requirements.
A studio technician will be required to assist with any rental equipment you may require.
Grip and Lighting Equipment is available on either an a-la-carte, or package-deal basis. Clients may bring in their own personal equipment, but outside G&E vendors are discouraged.
Cleaning/Re-painting Fees will apply when clients do not leave the cyc floor in the stage area in the same clean, camera-ready condition as received. Shoe Covers are available in-house for purchase. Painting costs: Paint - $35 gal., Labor - $30 hr.
Note: It may require up to 2 gallons of paint and 1 hr. in labor to repaint the full white floor.
Technically, our studio is an insert stage, not a soundstage, so it may be possible clients could encounter some noise from outside the building during filming, if audio is involved.
